• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.
  
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
  
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  
• Products that have been used, personalized, or spiritually energized (like yantras, crystals, or pooja items) are not eligible for return or refund.
  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
